Chocolate is sensitive to heat.
Between spring and summer, Bohanna Chocolart:

Cannot take responsibility for items that melt in transit

Will post orders on cooler days where possible
Customers order at their own risk during hot weather.

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot accept returns.
Refunds may be considered only if:
