• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

• We accept payments through the secure checkout system on our website.

• Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Once an order is placed, we begin preparing handmade items — therefore cancellations may not be possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need help.

Because our chocolates are handcrafted:

• Appearance and colour may vary slightly from images

• Weights may vary within reasonable tolerance

• Each piece is unique

We do not offer refunds for natural variations in handmade products.

We currently ship via post only and do not offer personal delivery.

• Orders are posted to the address provided at checkout

• Shipping times may vary, especially during busy seasons

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier

Please ensure address details are correct — we cannot replace orders sent to the wrong address.

⭐ 4. Warm Weather Policy

Chocolate is sensitive to heat.
Between spring and summer, Bohanna Chocolart:

• Uses insulated packaging when possible

• Cannot take responsibility for items that melt in transit

• Will post orders on cooler days where possible

Customers order at their own risk during hot weather.

⭐ 5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot accept returns.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The product arrives damaged

• The wrong item was received

Evidence (photos) must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.

We cannot offer refunds for:

• Melted items

• Change of mind

• Delays caused by the courier

While we offer oat milk and soya-based chocolates, we cannot guarantee products are free from traces of allergens, as they are made in a kitchen that may handle:
