For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, melted, or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
