At Bohanna Chocolart, every order is handmade fresh in small batches. Here’s what you can expect when you order with us.

🕒 Processing Time

All chocolate is made to order.

Please allow 2–4 working days for production before dispatch.

Busy periods (Christmas, Valentine’s, Easter) may take a little longer.

🍫 Warm Weather / Cold Weather Notice

Chocolate is sensitive to temperature.

In warm conditions, some softening may occur.

In cold weather, chocolate may bloom (a harmless white coating).

Simply pop it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.

We cannot take responsibility for temperature-related changes once delivered.
